          Give Agents and Managers Valuable Patient Insights with Analytics for Healthcare (Managed Package Feature)

          Analytics for Healthcare lets care coordinators, utilization managers, and referral managers gain critical insights and visualize key metrics about their patient populations. Payers and providers can use actionable insights from the app’s dashboards to drive intelligent engagement and improve care effectiveness and efficiency.

          The Analytics for Healthcare app includes two types of dashboards:

          • Dashboards accessed through the app in CRM Analytics Studio.
          • Embedded dashboards that deliver insights from within the context of Salesforce objects you work with. Your Salesforce admin embeds these dashboards in Lightning Experience pages. After that, you access the dashboard directly through the Salesforce pages associated with the object.

          It also includes Einstein Discover stories that help you predict what patient population actions, for example the likelihood of referrals converting to patients.

          After you open your app, click Run App in the upper right corner to open Analytics for Healthcare Home. The home dashboard gives care coordinators, utilization managers, and referral coordinators at-a-glance insight into top-level metrics. From here, drill into detailed dashboards and stories that give insights into care delivery, utilization, patient referrals, and underlying causes of underperforming metrics.

          Note The Analytics for Healthcare includes access to the Analytics for Manufacturing app. Analytics for Manufacturing lets demand planners and account managers at medical device manufacturers visualize all aspects of their business. Insights based on your data help you grow the business and simplify sales operations. Use its dashboard visualizations to stay on top of your sales agreements, orders, and contracts. And identify products that sell the most and the least and analyze the impact of volume on pricing and revenue.

          • Care Performance Analytics Dashboards and Story
            Care performance dashboards give care coordinators insight into patients’ adherence to the care plans. Care coordinators can use the insights to adjust future care coordination efforts. For example, care coordinators can identify patients who fall behind on the care plans and evaluate other data, such as patients’ risk profiles. Care coordinators can then focus on patients who’ve fallen behind and are identified as high-risk.
          • Referral Analytics Dashboards and Story for Leads and Opportunities
            With referral dashboards designed for Lead and Opportunity records, and the related Maximize Referral Conversion story, providers can deliver timely care and a great new patient customer experience. Referral coordinators use the metrics they portray to uncover key insights into referral patterns. You can find top sources of referrals and learn if the provider system delivers care efficiently to new patients. You can also improve the patient experience by identifying process bottlenecks to eliminate.
          • Utilization Analytics Dashboards
            These dashboards give utilization managers insights into the care request process. Insights include the kinds of care requests submitted by members and denial and reopen rates for the requests. You can also identify care requests that are about to breach a service level agreement (SLA). Managers can use the insights to increase customer satisfaction and net promoter score (NPS) by identifying and fixing bottlenecks to ensure that members receive timely care.
          • Other Analytics for Healthcare Dashboards
            The Patient Segmentation dashboard lets you segment your patient population by risk, age group, and other factors. The Social Determinants dashboard metrics help you understand how social factors affect your patients.
          • Track Emergency Intakes with Analytics for Emergency Response Management
            Health Cloud includes a subset of the Analytics for Emergency Response Management app with Health Cloud data. Identify the hotspots in which requests for emergency intakes are increasing so that you can allocate resources quickly. Track intake persons needing attention and identify patient statuses.
