          Design tailored, multi-step approval workflows for any supported object, including quotes, orders, or custom objects. Configure both sequential and parallel approval chains to ensure all required authorizations are completed before a record progresses.

          A centralized Approvals app enables reviewers and submitters to efficiently manage, track, and respond to approval requests. Built-in audit trails and real-time notifications provide clear visibility into approval status, improving transparency and helping records move forward without delays.

          This functionality is powered by Flow Orchestration, which coordinates complex, multi-team workflows and supports defined steps, conditional logic, and pauses for user input. As a result, the same limitations and best practices that apply to Flow Orchestration also apply to Advanced Approvals.

Once your users are prepared with the correct access, you must complete the recommended base configuration from the Approvals Settings page to activate the features.
