Schedule Vehicle Service Appointments as a Dealer User
As a service executive at a dealership, you can schedule vehicle service appointments on behalf of customers. When customers contact service providers at a dealership, the users at the dealership can quickly book an appointment based on the customers’ preferences. Use an OmniScript-based guided flow to schedule a service appointment directly from a vehicle record page. The flow automatically detects the dealership location and allows you to select the type of service, the technician who assists with the appointment, and the customer’s preferred time slot.
