            Improve your lead qualification and opportunity conversion rates by scheduling test drive appointments based on a potential customer’s preferences. Whether you’re a sales agent at an automotive original equipment manufacturing company, or a sales representative at a dealership managing customer bookings, you can manage a test drive appointment for your customers. Select the type of vehicle that they’re interested in, an available service rep facilitating the appointment, and a time slot that works for both the customer and the service rep.

            • Schedule Test Drives for Your Prospects as an Internal User
              As a sales agent or customer service agent for an original equipment manufacturer, you can schedule test drive appointments for prospects such as leads and opportunities. Test drive appointments help you convert potential customers into guaranteed customers with a higher rate of success. You can schedule a test drive appointment using the OmniScript-based guided flow that automatically identifies the test drive work type group associated with the selected dealer’s service territory. You can then select the test drive vehicle, service representative, and time slot based on the prospect’s preferences.
            • Schedule Test Drives for Your Prospects as a Partner User
              As a partner user, you can schedule test drive appointments for prospects such as leads and opportunities from an Experience Cloud site. Test drive appointments help you qualify leads quicker, and convert the opportunities into new forms of revenue. You can schedule a test drive appointment using the OmniScript-based guided flow that automatically detects your partner location based on the service territory linked to the account’s business profile. The wizard also identifies the unique test drive work type group associated with the service territory and filters the list of available service resources and time slots. You can then select the test drive vehicle, service representative, and time slot based on the prospect’s preferences.
