With Automotive Cloud, you can track both vehicles and parts at different locations and also monitor product transfers and requests. And with the Vehicle Inventory Search framework, you can search for vehicles across multiple locations and transfer the desired vehicles to meet customer demand. Quickly search for and filter the dealers and distributors available for a product.

              Set up Criteria-Based Search and Filter features in Automotive Cloud to help users search and filter vehicle inventory data. Design your own search experience by using the Vehicle Searchable Field and Vehicle Definition Searchable Field objects that combine fields from multiple objects to create a searchable inventory data set. Decide which fields to use as query criteria, which fields to use for result display, and which fields to use to sort and aggregate the results. Users can quickly view the inventory at each location and based on the results, they can transfer vehicles to the desired location to meet customer demands. Or, create a search configuration based on the Vehicle object directly so that users can quickly search for relevant Vehicle records.

              Use the search and filter capability to track aging inventory, find vehicles that need attention, and view the product mix at different inventory locations. Search for vehicles by using fields from multiple objects. Select the search criteria and filter the results based on attributes such as brand name, color, vehicle model, transmission type, or other fields. Sort and aggregate the results, and click hyperlinks to view records and assess further details. Select multiple search records and transfer the required vehicles to a destination location to fulfill customer demands.
