          Revenue and Sales Targets for Dealers

          Define targets at an organizational level and then distribute the targets across users and team members. You can translate business objectives into measurable revenue-based or quantity-based goals. For example, you’re a territory manager defining yearly sales targets for your sales team. You can divide and apportion the total target to your team members. You can also split targets by account or product, and further distribute by period. Monitor the targets closely to get real-time visibility into performance.

          Example

          Elliott A is a VP of sales at Neo Motors and he has a target revenue of $30 million for his territory. He can divide the total target across three members of his team.

          Each team member is responsible for specific products in the portfolio and manages specific key dealer accounts in Elliott’s territory.

          Dean Smith, a member in Elliott’s team is assigned a target of $10 million, which is further split by account as follows.

          • Dream Dealers: $6 million
          • Majestic Dealers: $4 million

          Elliott can also split the targets by products for Dean as follows.

          • Neo Civic LXi: $3.5 million
          • Neo EV EXi: $6.5 million

          Dean decides to split the target distribution for the Dream Dealers account further by periods as follows.

          • Quarter 1: $2 million
          • Quarter 2: $2 million
          • Quarter 3: $1 million
          • Quarter 4: $1 million
