          Example
Example Use the AGE function to calculate a person’s age from their birth date.
          • Add a calculation step element in an expression set version. In the Formula field, select AGE (Date).
          • Replace (Date) in the Formula field with a variable of the Date data type.
          • In the Output Variable field, select a variable of the Number data type.
Example of Calculation element that uses a function.

Here, StudentBirthDate is a variable of the Date data type that stores the birth dates of students. StudentAge is a variable of the Number data type that stores the output returned by the AGE function.
