Bureau) CFPB compliance for loan collections through automated call timing and frequency
controls. Install Compliance Collections Solution Foundation first, as it provides the
prerequisite components, and then install Compliance Collections Solution.
To get started, select Salesforce Go from the Setup menu. Select
Compliance Collections Solution Foundation, click Set
Up, Get Started, and then select
Install to deploy all the features. Complete the same steps to
install Compliance Collections Solution.
