Map a Regulation Clause Version to a Business Operations Process
To enhance traceability and make sure that process owners can quickly assess the impact
of regulation amendments, compliance officers associate business operations processes with
relevant regulation clause versions. By linking business processes with regulation clauses,
organizations can maintain compliance and quickly adapt to regulatory changes.
From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance
Navigator.
From the navigation bar, select Regulation Clause Versions.
Open the required regulation version record page and navigate to Business Operations
Process Regulation Clause Versions related list.
Click New.
Select the business operations process that you want to map the regulation clause version
with.
Save your changes.
After reviewing the regulation version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective
date approaches.
