Depending on the customer visit settings, if the planned visit date is different from the actual date, then the system creates multiple visits during the week.
To avoid duplicates, the automatic visit planning process verifies whether an automatic visit is created for the same day, user, visit template, and customer before creating a visit. If a manually created visit exists for a user and you selected Check Overlap in the visit template, then the system selects the status of the new visit as Unscheduled. The Check Overlap setting validates overlapping visits only during automatic visit planning in the desktop app.
