Configure List View

Configure visit page layout to add list views to the visit page.

1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select Visit.
2. Click List View Button Layout, and then select Edit.
3. Move these fields from Available Buttons to Selected Buttons.
   • Advanced Visit
   • Trip List Planning
   • Visit Planning
   • Multiple New Visits
   • Job List Planning
4. Save your changes.

Add Action Plan List Component to Visit Record Page

To allow users to add action plans to visits, add the Action Plan List component to Visit object record page.

1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select Visit.
2. Click Lightning Record Pages, and then click Call Record Page.
3. Click View.
4. Drag the Action Plan List component into the page.
5. Save your changes, and then activate the page.

Change Page Layout Assignment of Content Version Object

Change the page layout for the CGCloud_User_Profile and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles.

1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select Content Version.
2. Click Page Layout, and then click Page Layout Assignment.
3. Click Edit Assignment.
4. Change the master page layouts of CGCloud_User_Profile and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales to CGCloud File Layout.
5. Save your changes.

Change Page Layout Assignment to User Custom Layout

Assign User Custom Layout to CGCloud_User_Profile, CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales, and CGCloud_Basic_Sync_Admin_Profile.

1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select User.
2. Click User Page Layout, and then click Page Layout Assignment.
3. Click Edit Assignment.
4. Change the Page Layout Assignment to User Custom Layout.
5. Save your changes.
6. In Fields & Relationships, set the field-level security.

   Field Name	Access Level
   Mobility Sales Org	Visible
   Sales Organization	Visible
   Language Postfix	Read-Only

7. Save your changes.

Update Page Layout Assignment of the Event Object

Assign Custom Event Layout to the CGCloud_User_Profile and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles in Page Layout Assignment of the Event object.

1. From the object management settings for Event, go to Page Layouts.
2. Click Page Layout Assignment.
3. Click Edit Assignment.
4. Change the page layouts of CGCloud_User_Profile and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales to Custom Event Layout.
5. Save your changes.

Page Layout Changes for Product and Assortment

Advanced product and assortment can be accessed by changing the page layouts for Product, Assortment, Assortment Product, and Store Assortment objects.

• Product: Ensure that the page layout for the CGCloud_Batch_User, CGCloud_User_Profile, and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles is Product Layout 2 for the Product and Product Group record types.
  

  Note You can customize the Product Layout 2 search results page where standard fields appear as columns.
• Assortment:
  • Ensure that the page layout for the CGCloud_Batch_User, CGCloud_User_Profile, and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles is Assortment Layout 2.
  • On the Assortment Layout 2 page, add these related lists:
    • Store Assortments
    • Order Templates
    • Listing Modules
    • Product Assortment Categories
  • On Lightning Record pages, activate the Product Assortment Lightning option for desktop.
• Assortment Product:
  • Ensure that the page layout for the CGCloud_Batch_User, CGCloud_User_Profile, and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles is Assortment Product Layout 2.
• Store Assortment:
  • Ensure that the page layout for the CGCloud_Batch_User, CGCloud_User_Profile, and CGCloud_User_Profile_Non_Sales profiles is Store Assortment Layout 2.
• Advanced Promotion: On Lightning Record Pages, activate the Sellable Promotion Lightning option for desktop.

Change List View Button Layout for Activity

To create standard and event-driven activities through Lightning Web Components (LWC), change the List View Button Layout for the Activity object.

1. From the Object Manager settings for Activity, go to List View Button Layout, and then select Edit for List View.
2. In the Standard Buttons section, deselect New.
3. Save your changes.
