Field Sales Activity

During the validity period of an FSA, tasks included in standard activities of the FSA appear in the visits that are created using the visit template assigned to the activity. For event-driven activities in an FSA, job lists are generated through a server process. These job lists appear in visits that are created using the visit template assigned to the activity.

Field sales activities include:

• Checking compliance on distribution, facings, and prices.
• Validating that promotions are set up correctly in stores.
• Checking POS-specific compliance.
• Monitoring selling activities.
• Conducting store audits.
• Conducting competitor surveys, such as competitor promotions, new products, and prices of competitor products.
