Supported Languages

Available in: Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

Salesforce supports five-character locale codes for languages. For example, en_AU. But the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile app supports only two-character language codes. We’ve mapped some of the five-character locale codes to two-character language codes and you can use the two-character language code to identify the locale file to be uploaded from Static Resources.

Here are the languages supported by the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile app.

You might encounter these limitations when using translations in the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app

• Template data that is provided with the managed package doesn’t come with built-in translations.
• The End User License Agreement, Order Form Supplement for iOS, and installation messages aren’t translated.
• If your company's default language does not match one of the languages in the sales organization, all UI labels are displayed in the language set in the Language1 field in the Sales Org.
• The data for templates, such as order templates and product templates, is translated if the language fields of the respective objects match those of the sales organization.
