          User Tasks

          To ensure that you don’t miss either a to-do or personal action, create a user task record. You can create a task, view and filter a list of assigned tasks, and change the status of a task.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.

          You can filter a task list depending on your requirement. The filter options for user tasks are:

          • Delegated Tasks
          • Open Tasks
          • Overdue Tasks
          • Recently Completed Tasks
          • Recently Viewed
          • Recurring Tasks
          • Today's Tasks
          • Unscheduled Tasks
          • Create User Tasks
            For personal tasks and to-do lists that must be completed before a due date, create user task records. Supervisors can create user tasks, and then assign those tasks to their reps. Reps can create user tasks for themselves. A supervisor can monitor a rep’s task and track its status.
          • Create User Notifications
            Create notifications to communicate important information to your reps. For example, topics to discuss during the next team meeting.
