Customer Data Management
Customer management refers to applying various techniques and methods to establish long-term relationships with key consumers based on data about their preferences, behaviors, and purchases. Use the Customer module to centrally create and monitor customer data, such as address, communication channels, contact partners, store opening hours, and point of sale, and avoid redundancy. For example, update all address data records of a customer by updating the address only one time in the Customer module. Or, add customer-specific conditions to a customer by using condition templates. Use store classification attributes and customers' trade org hierarchy for business processes such as strategic visit planning.
