After completing the start tour activities in the warehouse, execute the tour by
directly delivering products to stores by using van sales orders. During the delivery execution
process, the tour driver begins a visit, places orders for product delivery, or collects returns
via a return order. The tour driver then finalizes the order, generates a cash or credit
invoice, prints or shares the invoice, and completes the order.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer
Goods Cloud enabled
For each visit, perform these activities:
Start the visit.
Create an order with products from the truck (van sales).
Review order notes.
Calculate the van sales order using simple pricing or Penny Perfect Pricing.
Collect cash for the van sales order.
Sign and print the cash invoice.
Pick up returns and create a return order.
Finalize and complete a visit.
With van sales, you create an order (depending on the demand from the store), pick up
single boxes of products from the van, and place the products directly on the shelf. You
check the shelves, collect damaged and expired products, and create a return
order.
Note All van sales orders must be completed or canceled before you complete the
tour.
The app captures your location and the time at the start of the visit
(depending on set configuration). After order completion, app automatically updates the
truck inventory (depending on set configuration) and uploads the inventory and order data to
the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
Essentials for Tour Drivers During Van Sales Deliveries Keep these considerations and limitations in mind when you, as a tour driver, carry out the van sales deliveries for a tour on the Consumer Goods offline mobile app.
