          Mobile Platform Requirements

          The Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app is supported on phones and tablets that meet these mobile platform requirements.

          Android 13, 14, 15, and 16
          iOS 26.1, 26.2, 26.3, and 26.4
          iPadOS

          26.1 and 26.2

          The Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app functions properly in full screen mode. However, if you launch the app in split view or window mode, some features may not work as expected.

          Note For iOS and iPadOS, compatibility information is updated within 14 days after each official major iOS or iPadOS release. If the new version isn’t compatible or compatibility verification for the version isn’t possible within 14 days, then compatibility information is updated with the identified issues, technical information, and possible workarounds.

          Consider using other devices as long as they meet the current minimum operating system requirements. Salesforce recommends that customers conduct additional tests, including performance, security, and compatibility checks, before using these devices in production. On Android, manufacturer-specific customizations can interfere with mobile apps. Using the mobile app on untested devices can lead to functional and performance issues, and Salesforce may not be able to replicate or resolve these issues.

          Mobile operating systems reorganize and even close background apps to optimize memory consumption and keep the operating system performing at acceptable levels. The CG Cloud mobile app is supported only on mobile devices with 4 GB RAM or more. To use the app uninterruptedly, ensure that your mobile device has enough memory to support the app. For optimal performance, we recommend that you use mobile devices with 8 GB RAM when you use the CG Cloud mobile app alongside other apps.
