Route and Traffic Information for Scheduled Visits
With Optimized Routes, get the best visit sequence to reduce visit time and plan
additional visits. The maps provide store locations with the route for a day. With optimized
routes and real-time traffic updates, sales reps can react to potential road works or traffic
jams and avoid any delays in their schedule.

Considerations
Keep these considerations in mind when you sort the visits by using the optimized route
option:
The system sorts only the visits related to stores with complete addresses.
The system uses the planned visit time as the basis to sort the visits related to stores
without or incomplete addresses.
The system shows an error when you try to sort visits where none of the visits have an
address.
