            Use the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App

            When you open the app, the data is available on the app as configured by your admin. To log in to the app, if you’ve set a security PIN, enter the PIN.

            CGCloud Sales User

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User
            • Manage Visits
              Create customer-related visits by using the Consumer Good Cloud Offline mobile app. You can also create visits that aren't customer-related. For example, you can create a private appointment or a vacation.
            • Execute a Visit
              The app lets you perform inventory checks and custom tasks. Tap a visit from the store cockpit to open the navigation pane for the visit.
            • Complete a Visit
              After you complete your store-related tasks, such as surveys, in-store checks, customer tasks, and overdue tasks that are assigned to your visit, you can mark the visit as complete.
            • Sync Your Data Manually
              Your device gets auto-synced with Salesforce either after you complete a visit or per a specified schedule. But if necessary, you can manually sync your device.
            • Create a Daily Report by Using Time Cards
              Use time cards in the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app to capture the time that you take to perform your daily activities. Make better decisions, maximize your productivity, and plan your time better.
            • Share Attachments
              You can share PDF, XLS, and DOCX files from your Consumer Goods Offline mobile app using the Sharing button on the Attachment tab.This feature applies only to iOS users.
