Understand the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App

Use the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app to seamlessly perform retail activities even at stores with poor internet connections. Get quick access to everything you need during a visit, even without connectivity. The app UI design is cockpit-based and the app’s cockpits are called User cockpit and the Retail Store cockpit. Each cockpit has sections called cards.

• Tour the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App
  Before you start using the app, take a tour of the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. Based on your selected preference, you can see one of these landing pages: Main Menu, User Cockpit, and Advanced User Cockpit.
• Visit Calendar Page
  To perform activities related to a visit, use the Visit Calendar page. By default, the visit calendar page shows the weekly view.
• Reports
  Reports give detailed insights about your customers as tables and graphs. You can view information such as a customer’s sales figures or promotions that are created for a customer by tapping the Reports tile on the main menu. The overview lists the relevant reports for the logged-in user.
