            Consumer Goods Visit Execution App

            The new Consumer Goods Visit Execution app lets your reps perform all visit execution tasks without physically visiting stores. You can access all visit execution mobile capabilities on a desktop to monitor and engage your stores virtually. You can’t scan a product in the app. Also, for the Place Order task, the Confirm button is disabled.

            Required Editions

            Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.

            You can’t complete a task using the Consumer Goods Visit Execution app if the task is KPI-based and KPIs aren’t maintained for the task. The status of these tasks reset to Not Started.
