            Add Values to Event Type Picklist

            You can manually enhance the Event object by adding picklist values to the Event Type Picklist.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select Event.
            2. Click Fields & Relationships and perform these steps.
              1. Click Type.
              2. In the Event Type Picklist Values section, click New.
              3. Add these picklist values:
                • Training
                • Vacation
                • Sickness
                • Outlook Call
            3. Save your changes.
