            Add Contacts

            Contacts store customer information. The relation between contact and customer is stored as Customer data.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create customer conditions:

            CGCloud Sales User

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

            1. From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
            2. Select a customer.
            3. In the Contacts related list, click New.
            4. Enter the customer and address details, and then save your changes.
