Add a Hurdle to a Reward Group
Hurdles include the parameters that must be evaluated for receiving a reward related to a specific selectable promotion. Hurdles are used in combination with promotion expressions to determine the parameters and evaluation criteria for defining the eligibility criteria of receiving a reward.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Promotions.
- Select a promotion.
- In the Reward Groups related list, and select a reward group.
- In the Hurdles related list, click New.

- Reward Group-Specific: All reward group-specific hurdles
- Reward-Specific: Only for reward-specific hurdles

Field Description Identification Title Title of a hurdle. Promotion Expression Promotion expression of a hurdle. Promotion Reward Group Reward group related to the selectable promotion to which the hurdle is added. Sort Unique numeric value that defines the sequence of display of hurdles inside a reward group on the mobile app. The value of this field must be unique and greater than zero. Title Title Language 1]/2/3/4 Title of a hurdle in languages configured for the sales org. Count Hurdles Numeric value that determines only the number of Reward Group-Specific hurdles added to the selected reward group. The value doesn't include the number of Reward-Specific Hurdles added to a selected reward group. Included Indicates whether a reward group must be considered in pricing calculations in the context of selectable promotions. When you create a promotion reward group, this field is selected by default. Title Title Language 1]/2/3/4 Title of a reward group in languages configured for the sales org. Settings Operator Operator applied in a hurdle. The options are:

Numeric Value Numeric value to compare with an expression result.
Note When the output of an expression result is a numeric value, then the Boolean Value, Date Value, and Text Value fields must be empty.
