            Add Customer Org Units

            Create a relationship between an org unit and a customer.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create customer conditions:

            CGCloud Sales User

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

            1. From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
            2. Select a customer.
            3. In the Customer Org Units related list, click New.
            4. Enter an org name and the customer name.
            5. Activate the customer-org unit relationship.
            6. Enter the validity period for the relationship, and then save your changes.
