            Add a Tactic to a Promotion

            A tactic describes an action or a procedure as a step in the execution of a promotion. Tactics are the lowest level of tasks that are performed for a campaign.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign add tactics to promotions:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin

            1. From App Launcher, find and select Advanced Promotions.
            2. Select a promotion.
            3. In the Tactics related list, click New.
            4. Search and select a tactic template.
            5. Select the dates for the association, and then save your changes.
            6. Edit the tactic, if necessary, and then save your changes.
