Create Daily Report Template
Use daily report templates to create daily reports. A daily report template specifies basic characteristics of reports such as the workflow used and the platform on which a report can be created.
Required Editions

| To create daily report templates: | CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Daily Report Templates, and then click New.

Provide these details.
Field Description Identification Daily Report Template Name Name of a daily report template. Description Description of a daily report template. Workflow Workflow that's associated to a daily report template. The list contains the workflows in which usage is defined as daily reports.
The sales org of a workflow and a daily report must be the same.
Active Indicates whether a daily report template is active. You can use only active templates to create daily reports. Creation Platform Platform on which a daily report template can be used. Mobility Relevant Indicates whether a daily report template is relevant to the Consumer Goods offline mobile app. Sales Org Sales org of a daily report template. Record Type Type of a daily report template. Sort Numeric sort value of a daily report template. Templates are shown in the order of the sort number that's associated with them in the Consumer Goods offline mobile app. If this field is empty for a template, then the template is shown at the bottom of the list. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a daily report template in the languages that are configured for the sales org. Settings Check Activity Duration Indicates whether the duration of an activity is monitored. Allow Postdating Indicates whether reports can be created for a future date. Max Activity Duration Maximum duration of an activity after which the activity is considered as inactive. By default, the value is zero. - Save your changes.
