Create an Assortment Template
Create product assortment templates to group products or product groups.
Required Editions

| To create assortment templates: | CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Product Assortment Templates, and then click New.
- Select Planning Assortment List.
- Click Next.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Name Name of the product assortment template. Active Indicates whether a template is active. Only active templates are available for creating product assortments. Consider for APL Generation Indicates whether a product assortment created is considered while generating account product list. Customer Multiplicity Number of customers that you can assign to a product assortment. For planning assortment lists, the only possible value is Exactly One. Record Type The selected product assortment template type. The values are:
- Assortment List
- Customer Selling Assortments
- Planning Assortment List
- Sales Document Assortments
The products in the orders are prepopulated based on the record type selected.
For example, you can prepopulate products from a product assortment list by selecting Assortment List.
Sales Org Sales org of the product assortment template. Product Level Product level of a product assortment template. If a product level is defined, you can add only products of that level to a product assortment created using this template. The options are:
- Category
- Sub Category
- Brand
- Sub Brand
- Product Price Group
- Product
For the Planning Assortment List record type, the default value is Product.
Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a product assortment template in the languages configured for the sales org. - Save your changes.
