Create Field Sales Activity
To group similar activities that a sales rep can perform, create a field sales activity.
Required Editions

| To create field sales activities: | CGCloud Supervisor OR CGCloud Retail Supervisor User AND CGCloud Retail User OR CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Field Sales Activities, and then click New.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Field Sales Activity Name Name of a field sales activity. Description Description of a field sales activity. Note Note entered for a field sales activity. Phase Phase of a field sales activity. The options are:
- Planning
- Committed
- Canceled
Activities related to any field sales activity in the Planning or Canceled field sales activity phase can’t be activated.
Valid From / Valid Thru Validity period of a field sales activity. Sales Org Sales org of a field sales activity. You can edit this field only when you create the field. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a field sales activity in the language configured for the sales org. - Save your changes.
