          Schedule an Apex Batch Process

Use the Salesforce Org to schedule Apex batch processes at intervals that work for your business.

          Required Editions

Before you run the Apex batch processes, load master data.

Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
To schedule an Apex batch process:

          CGCloud Business Admin

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Business Admin

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Apex Classes, and then select Apex Classes.
          2. Click Schedule Apex.
          3. Enter a job name, and then select an Apex class.
Schedule only one Apex class at a time and in the sequence presented in the Consumer Goods Cloud Batch Processes table. If the Apex class isn’t listed, find and open the Apex class in Developer Console. Retry selecting the Apex class on the Schedule Apex page.
          4. Specify how often you want the Apex class to run.
We recommend that you schedule the batch process to run daily by selecting all days.
          5. Save your changes.

To monitor the jobs, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scheduled Jobs, and then select Scheduled Jobs.
