            Execute a Custom Task

            You can enter KPI values for custom tasks. KPIs are listed in sections based on the product that the KPI is related to. KPIs that aren't related to a product are listed at the top.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
            1. Tap a visit.
              Tasks for the visit show in the Tasks card.
            2. To start the visit, tap Start visit icon.
            3. Tap on a task that has the task type as Other.
              The in-store locations show as tabs.
            4. Tap an in-store location.
              The list of KPIs to enter appears.
            5. Enter KPI values for all in-store locations.
            6. To go to the Task card, tap the back arrow.
            7. To complete the other custom tasks in the list, repeat steps 3–5.
            8. After you’ve completed the tasks for the visit, to go to the User cockpit, tap the back arrow.
            9. To complete the visit, tap End visit icon, and then tap Complete.
              If you haven’t completed the mandatory tasks, you can’t mark a visit as complete. If you can’t complete the mandatory tasks, enter a reason, and then abandon the visit.
