          Set Up Your Landing Page and Personalize Your Settings

          After you install the Consumer Goods offline mobile app, you can decide the look of your landing page. Based on your usage needs, your admin can assign and create cards for the User and Store cockpits. Based on the admin’s configuration, you can access the base, advanced, or both base and advanced features. Your admin can also include both the base and advanced features in the cockpit. You can also personalize the display options for the Consumer Goods Offline mobile app.

          Required Editions

          Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To personalize your settings:

          CGCloud Sales User

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

          1. From the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app, tap More Options icon.
          2. Tap My Settings.
          3. From the Landing Page dropdown list, select one of the options as the landing page.
            • Main Menu: Access both the base and advanced options. This option is limited for developing and testing the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. We recommend that you don’t select this option as the landing page.
            • User Cockpit: Access the base features. Select this option if your project uses the base model of the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app.
            • Advanced User Cockpit: Access the advanced features. Select this option if your project uses the advanced model of the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app.
          4. Relaunch the app.
          5. To personalize the display options for the app, on the Calendar and Theme tab, enter these details.
            Field Description
            Visit Type
            Default Visit Type Default visit type that the system assigned to you.
            Call Calendar
            Initial Time Initial time of your roster.
            Standard Layout

            Shows the agenda. The options include:

            • Daily agenda with map: Shows the daily view with a map, which shows visit locations for the selected day.
            • Weekly agenda: Shows the weekly view.
            Visit filter

            Condition to show visits in the agenda. The options are:

            • All: Shows all customer visits.
            • Open: Shows ongoing customer visits.
            Show Calendar Week Shows the current week in the calendar.
            Display Weekend Shows the current weekend in the calendar.
            Calendar Map Settings
            Display Traffic Shows traffic conditions in real time.
            Display Route Shows the route between two locations.
            Camera Settings
            Picture Profile

            Defines the user-specific resolution and quality of the pictures that you captured on a mobile device during a store visit. The options are:

            • Small
            • Medium
            • M-Large
            • H-Large
            Theme tab

            Theme of your app.

            Note
            Note To apply the new theme, restart your mobile device.
          6. To save your changes, tap Back.
