Pickup Sellable Returns and Complete a Return Delivery
Use delivery documents to pick up sellable returns from the customer during a tour visit.

Make sure that the tour and the visit are in progress, and the start-of-the-day activities are completed.
- On the Delivery Cockpit, tap a document of type sellable return from the Delivery Documents card.
- On the Items tab, review the list of products with return quantities that you must pickup as part of this delivery.

Tap a product.
See the details section for product details such as product number, product type (standard, free goods, or more), and available inventory on the truck in sales unit. You can view the return quantities for the product in multiple units of measure.

Tap Notes to review specific information on return or canceled
products in this delivery.
The delivery notes are integrated from an external system and you can’t edit the delivery notes.
- Tap Header to review the document information.

To view the draft invoice, tap Preview.
You can preview the invoice. The app adds a watermark to the generated PDF that shows the invoice as a draft document.
- Tap Release and then tap Sign Now to add the signatures.
- Tap Confirm and then tap Release.
The delivery document status changes to Released. The invoice number is generated and added to the invoice. You can print or share the invoice. Post sync, corresponding product and inventories are adjusted in Salesforce ( Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app). Salesforce creates corresponding addition transactions for the products and updates the inventory balances. See Inventory Tracking for Delivery Documents. The final invoice is stored as a PDF attachment to the order on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
