Manage Your Collection Activities from the Collections and Recovery Experience Cloud Site

Collections specialists from third-party agencies can use the dedicated portal created for managing collection and recovery activities. You can view real-time collection data by accessing collection plans and related records, and cases.

User Permissions Needed
To access the Experience Cloud site and perform collection-related operations: The permission set that your admin clones from the Collections and Recovery for Experience Cloud permission set
  1. Log in to the Collection and Recovery portal created by your admin.
  2. On the Home tab, review the performance summary of the collection activities, the list of recently viewed collection plans, and the list of assigned cases.
  3. Create a promise to pay agreement.
    1. On the Collection Plans tab, open a collection plan record.
    2. On the collection plan record details page, from the Action Launcher, click Create Promise to Pay.
    3. Specify the repayment details, view the summary of the promise to pay details, and click Finish.
      A payment schedule and individual payment schedule items are created according to the customer’s installment preference. You can view the details on the Promise to Pay tab on the collection plan record details page.
  4. Create a case for a collection plan.
    1. On the Collection Plans tab, open a collection plan record.
    2. On the collection plan record details page, click the Create Case quick action.
    3. Enter the case details, and save your changes.
  5. Create a customer visit record.
    1. On the Visits tab, click New.
    2. Enter the visit details, and save your changes.
