          Enable Communications Service Console

          To access the Communications Service Console features, you must enable Service Console. The Service Console equips you with connected and intelligent service experiences by delivering an integrated suite of service innovations.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          Required User Permissions
          To enable services in Communications Cloud org: Communications Cloud Advanced Admin Permission Set Group
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Communications Cloud and select Services Setup.
          2. Turn on Enable Service Console.
