            Enable Real-Time Churn Prediction

            To get the latest churn score after each customer interaction, enable Real-Time Churn Prediction.

            Note
            Note Before you enable Real-Time Churn Prediction, set up CRM Analytics in your Mobile Subscription Management instance and then enable AI Accelerator.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Real, and then select Real-Time Churn Prediction.
            2. Turn on Real-Time Churn Prediction.
            3. If you uploaded a CSV file containing external subscription data to create a CRM Analytics dataset, select this dataset as the daily usage dataset.
              The daily usage dataset contains details about the daily activity of subscriptions.
            4. Save your changes.
