          Issue Description
Promotion vlocity_cmt~AccountAppliedPromotion~c records are duplicated upon basket submission and asset creation. This patch provides a fix to the issue. Now, the system creates only one vlocity_cmt~AccountAppliedPromotion~c record when the asset is created. During amend or change order scenarios, the system updates promotion-related records instead of recreating them.

          Issue Description
Issue with searching for products in CPQ. This patch fixes the issue. The getCartsProducts API call now uses offsetSize instead of lastRecordId to go through the results (pagination).
With the introduction of product versioning, attribute metadata changes no longer propagate from object type to products and offers. This patch provides a toggle to restore the previous behavior. The toggle ensures changes made in the object type to directly reflect in associated products and offers. Now, the Version Map feature for object types enables products and offers to align with different versions of the object type that include the latest updates.
The getCartsProducts API isn't consistently including the product in its response. The issue occurs because there's a hard limit of 10,000 records when you query the Price List Entry objects. This patch resolves the issue by providing the ability to filter Price List Entries based on Product2-related fields. Filtering is applied after the Price List Entry SOQL query returns a response.
After you upgrade the Vlocity managed package to version 248.5, adding an offer to the basket throws a group cardinality-related error message in the API response, despite the child product being successfully added to the basket. The same error message appears when you create the cart from the basket, therefore, order creation fails. This patch provides a fix to this issue.

          Issue Description
When the UseAssetReferenceIdForParentAndRoot parameter is set to false, if you try to modify from the Summary tab a quote line item that’s associated with a group, then the configuration cart appears blank and no products are shown. With this patch, the configuration cart shows the products that are associated with the quote line item.
Error in attribute assignments for products with large JSONAttribute. This patch provides a fix to this issue. Add or update the FixToggleList custom setting with the value W-15780838 within the comma separated values to apply the fix.
          Note

          Issue Description
In the 248.8 patch for managed package runtime, users can’t select an option when a child FlexCard with a Multi-Select Input element is in a parent FlexCard. This issue is fixed: Selecting an option works with a child FlexCard that has a Multi-Select Input.

          Issue Description
When you add new locations manually, the suggested values list is hidden and requires scrolling to access it. The text is wrapped around and impacts readability. This patch fixes this issue.
In Spring ‘24, the combobox Lightning web component for Insurance doesn’t retain a selected value. When a user selects a value from the combobox and clicks outside the combobox, the selection is lost. This issue is fixed.

Cache Record job doesn't run successfully. When you execute the Migrate Cache Records job, it enters a running state but never completes successfully.

          This patch fixes this issue.
After upgrading Digital Commerce Gateway (DCG), you see priceKeys node instead of priceResult in GetOffers. This patch fixes this issue.
All versions of generated contract documents were automatically added to the Vlocity Document Template Library, granting access to all users regardless of customer-specific preferences or use cases.

We have implemented a custom setting to address requirements where the automatic sharing of contract document versions with all library users isn’t desired. You now have the option to use the AutoShareContractDocument Contract Management Configuration Setup custom setting to determine if the generated contract document versions should be added to the Vlocity Document Template library based on the customer's requirement. The default value is set to Yes.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Set, and then select Custom Settings.

          2. Click Manage next to Contract Management Configuration Setup.

          3. To not add the contract document versions to the library, set the AutoShareContractDocument value to No.

Consider a case where you create an auto-add product relationship rule between two products, such that if you add a product to the cart, then the related product is automatically added. However, the automatically added product isn’t shown in the user interface and an error message is shown. The automatically added product is shown only after you refresh the cart. This patch fixes this issue.
Consider a case where you see a warning to complete a required attribute in the cart. Even after you update the required attribute field, you can’t add products to locations because the cart isn’t automatically refreshed and the button remains disabled. This patch fixes this issue. The cart is automatically refreshed after you update the required attributes, and the warning isn’t shown.

          CME 248.16.900.539

This patch contains fixes to OmniStudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch release to apply the fixes. For package Download links, see Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Package Links.

          Issue Description
In OmniScripts, the Enter key doesn’t work with filtering for the select input element. Users enter characters to filter the values, use the arrow key to select a value, and press the Enter key. But the value is entered. This issue is fixed: Pressing Enter selects a value from a filtered list as the input for the field.
For the FlexCard action element, the text isn’t shown when users hover their mouse over the tooltip icon. This issue is fixed: Hovering a mouse over the tooltip icon displays the tooltip text.

For OmniScripts, if a screen reader skips a field and then returns to it, an error message below the field for Radio, Multi-Select, and Lookup inputs isn’t read aloud. This issue is resolved.

          Issue Description

Encountering issues during the execution of the CMT Job - Refresh Platform cache. The Refresh platform cache job is either bypassing batches or encountering failures with errors that potentially affects the functionality.

          This patch fixes the issue.
Assetization encounters failures in specific scenarios because of the inclusion of a custom map in the field mapper, mapping from order product to asset. This patch fixes the issue.
After you add assets to a quote, if you change the price of a product in the ESM cart, the assetReferenceId of that quote line item changes. This patch fixes this issue. When you change the price of a product, the assetReferenceIds of the quote line item and its child line items remain the same.
In Spring ‘24, if you modify and reactivate an OmniScript used in multiple parent OmniScripts, the changes don’t appear in the parent OmniScripts. This issue is fixed: All parent OmniScripts show changes to common, reused child OmniScripts.
When using the standard APIs, there was a consistent "Required Attribute Missing" error when adding products to carts, despite the attributes being present in Quotes and Opportunities. This issue impacted the addition of products to ESM carts when 'Standard Salesforce libraries and cache with the CPQ Cart-Based APIs' was enabled. This patch fixes the issue of persistent "Required Attribute Missing" error, even after attributes were accurately populated in Quotes and Opportunities, by introducing custom field map entries in the static resource file. To implement the fix in your Salesforce org, execute the Field Map Maintenance job. Remember that running this job will clear any custom entries added beyond those originating from the static resource entries.
The Checkout API throws an exception or fails when there's any custom implementation associated with the OdinAPIHandler. This patch fixes the issue.

          CME 248.12.900.534

This patch contains fixes to Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy, and Advertising Sales Management to ensure features work correctly. Issue Description
Standard CPQ API integration prevents automatic cart refresh triggered by Auto-Add or Remove rules. This issue only occurs when the CpqAppHandlerHookImplementation setting is active. This patch fixes the issue.
In Advertising Sales Management, when you enter a start and end date for a media placement that is outside of the media plan date range, then you’re unable to proceed further, as there is no way to rectify the start and end dates for the media placement. With this patch, users can correct the start and end dates for the media placement.

This patch contains fixes to Enterprise Sales Management and OmniStudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch release to apply the fixes. For package Download links, see Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Package Links.

          Issue Description
In Spring ‘24, activating OmniScripts from the OmniScripts list doesn’t work. Previewing the OmniScript results in the error "This OmniScript is either inactive or has been replaced with a new version which has not been deployed." This issue is fixed: You can successfully activate OmniScripts from the list view.
When you added assets to a quote, the asset reference IDs changed in the QLI records. This patch fixes the issue.
When configuring a quote in the working cart, if you added products to the cart from the Summary tab, you saw multiple errors. This patch fixes the issue.

In Spring ‘24, OmniScripts on Android devices using Webview can result in a “replaceAll is not a function” error and don’t open. This patch fixes the issue.

          CME 248.9.900.531

This patch contains fixes to Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy and OmniStudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch release to apply the fixes. For package Download links, see Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Package Links.

          Issue Description
In Spring '24, the # character doesn't work for masking with the number input element for FlexCards. But using 9 as the masking input worked. Also, users can't enter numbers with a length less than or equal to the length of the mask. If minimum and maximum mask values are set, entering a value less than the minimum or higher than the maximum results in a range overflow error. These issues are resolved.
          • Users can enter numbers of any length regardless of the mask length.

          • Both the # and 9 characters work for masking.

          • Users can't enter numbers outside the minimum and maximum mask values.

          • The range overflow error doesn't appear.

With this update, masking for the Number Input element works similarly to Winter '24 with the noted changes.
Canceling an amended item fails leaving the item in the same state. This patch fixes the issue.
When multiple lines of text in a FlexCard's text area element are passed to an Integration Procedure or Data Mapper, the error "Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position..." appears. This patch fixes the issue.
In Spring '24, the Data Mappers, OmniScripts, and FlexCard tabs don't list all the available components. The console shows the error message "Unable to connect to the server transaction aborted." This issue is fixed, and all Data Mapper, OmniScript, and FlexCard components are listed.

          CME 248.7.900.529

This patch contains fixes to Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy, Enterprise Sales Management, and OmniStudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch release to apply the fixes. For package download links, see Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Package Links.

          Issue Description
The Adjustment Duration and Adjustment Policy dropdowns displayed only a single value when manually adjusting a price in the ESM Cart. This patch fixes the issue. Now, both the Adjustment Duration and Adjustment Policy dropdowns display all the available values.
In Spring ‘24 for OmniScripts, when a block element has repeat enabled with a type ahead and other elements (such as text block and radio), clicking Add causes the page to not respond. The block isn’t cloned. This issue is fixed: Clicking Add clones the block with the child elements.
After upgrading to Spring ‘24, FlexCards display an entire input merge field if the input map is null or invalid. This issue is fixed: FlexCards now return an empty value of “”.
In Spring ‘24, borders for read-only fields (such as text fields and checkboxes) are transparent to follow Salesforce style guidelines. A checkbox has a dotted border to show that it’s unchecked and can’t be changed. If a user clicks the read-only field, a blue border displays. This change confused users who were used to read-only fields as gray. This issue is fixed: Read-only fields are gray and no longer have transparent borders.

This patch contains fixes to Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy and OmniStudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch release to apply the fixes. For package Download links, see Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Package Links.

          Issue Description
Errors occur when creating Opportunities, Quotes, and Orders with both OmniStudio Standard Runtime and Standard CPQ Cart-Based APIs enabled. This patch fixes the issue.
After upgrading to Spring '24 version, the Review screen that appears after the CPQ Configuration screen doesn't show a vertical scroll bar. This patch fixes the issue.
When creating an entity filter with a custom field on the QuoteLineItem or OrderLineItem object, the filter is not being evaluated as expected. This patch fixes the issue.
Issues in product search functionality within CPQ when Multilanguage Catalog Support is enabled. This patch fixes the issue.
In the OmniScript setup, setting record types for Searches of Knowledge articles doesn't use only the record types specified. Instead, the search includes all record types. If the record types are configured for a specific step, the search works as expected: It only searches the listed record types in the Record Type Filter field. This release includes the Filter Knowledge panel for both the general OmniScript and individual steps. To search only specific record types, enable this setting, and enter the record types in the Properties panel.

          Issue Description
When using the Multisite feature with Standard runtime, responses are returned as objects instead of Salesforce SObjects. This data format mismatch causes missing fields during conversion, leading to issues. This patch fixes the issue.
In Spring ‘24, data in an Edit Block element isn't saved in an OmniScript with multiple steps. For example, if a user enters data in step 2, clicks previous to return to step 1, and clicks next, the user’s data entered for step 2 isn’t saved. The user must enter the data again.

This issue is fixed: Data is saved when moving among steps in an OmniScript.

For a FlexCard on Cloud Experience sites in Spring ‘24, if the Action element is configured to launch an OmniScript, web page, or application with Open Target In set to a new tab/window, the target opened in a new browser window. Previously, these targets opened in a console subtab. For Cloud Experience sites, FlexCards now open targets in a console subtab.
After the Spring 24 CME upgrade, the vertical scrollbar is missing in the CPQ Configuration screen, making it difficult to view all content. This patch fixes the issue.
During execution, the EPCAddMissingAttributeAssignment encounters a SOQL 201 error when there are 20 or more attributes. This patch fixes the issue.

          Issue Description
Error occurs when attempting to serialize managed classes that are included in API responses. This patch fixes the issue.
When Query formula in a Data Mapper returns no records, a StackUnderflowException error occurs.

This issue is fixed: A query returns an empty list without the StackUnderflowException error.
