          Set Up Agentforce for Communications Billing Resolution

          To give service reps and other users access to the powerful generative AI features for billing resolution, admins must set up Einstein Generative AI and Agentforce. Service reps can work with the standard Agentforce topics provided in Communications Cloud.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Agentforce:

          Manage AI Agents AND the admin user permission for the agent type that you want to create

          OR

          Customize Application

          1. Enable Einstein for Communications.
          2. Enable Agentforce.
          3. Open the agent Open in Builder.
            Note
            Note To create an agent, see Create an Agent.
          4. Add the Billing Resolution topic to your Agent from the Asset Library.
          5. Activate your agent.
          6. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and select it.
          7. Open Account object.
          8. Click Fields & Relationships, and select Account Number.
          9. Click Set Field-Level Security, and select Visible.
          10. Save your changes.
