Set Up Promotions in Consumer Sales
Promotions in consumer sales boost revenue by offering discounts throughout the customer
journey, from product discovery to checkout. These significantly increase product sales, business
revenue, and simplify how you manage offers, discounts, and pricing.
Make sure to use the Consumer Sales Context context definition. Additionally, to select the
consumer sales rule library, deselect the default revenue pricing procedure.
Create promotions for individual products, bundles, or categories to attract new customers and reward existing customers. You define the promotion type, set the schedule, and determine who qualifies for the offer.
