          Asset Viewer in Industries CPQ

Industries CPQ has an Asset viewer in LWC from which you can view, filter, and modify assets for an account. From this viewer, you can convert assets to orders or quotes with the Cart in LWC, and you can change the assets.

To view the Asset viewer in LWC, click the Assets tab from an account page.

The LWC Assets tab for an account

From this Assets tab, use the Group By list to group assets by name, service account, quantity, recurring charge, one-time charge, or one-time total.

You can search for assets. If you enter more than one search term, the search results include only assets with all the terms. For more complex searches using specific attribute values, click the search field and then Advanced Search.

The Advanced Search link in the search text field

In the Advanced Search dialog, you can select an attribute and a search operator. You then enter the value to use in the search. Delete any row that you're not using in the search. Or click Add Row to create a more complex search. Click Apply to update the asset list for all matching items.

You can select one or more assets and convert them to a new or existing quote or order. The Industries CPQ Cart in LWC opens, and you can process changes to multiple assets.
