Configure Settings for the Order Management Purge Job
You have to configure the settings for the purge job before scheduling it. To do so, edit the relevant custom settings.
For details about each of the four relevant settings, see: Order Management Standard: Settings for Automatic Purging of Orchestration Data
- From Setup, type Custom Settings in the Quick Find field, then click Custom Settings.
- Find XOMSetup and click the Manage link next to it. If you don't see XOMSetup, then click the X from among the letters at the top of the screen to filter out most of the options.
- Click DataPurgeJobFrequencyHours. The XOMSetup Edit page opens.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the value that you want in the Value field, then click Save to save the value.
- Click Back to List to return to the XOM Setup page.
- Follow the same procedure for the other three settings.
Now that you've configured the settings, it's time to schedule the job to run. Note: If you only configure the settings without scheduling the job, then no purge job will run.
