            Energy & Utilities Cloud Permission Set Licenses

            Permission set licenses provide users incremental access to features that are beyond the permissions included in their user licenses. Users can be assigned any number of permission set licenses.

            Note Starting Spring '22, the Salesforce CME package supports permission set licenses to incrementally extend the functionality of user licenses. New customers purchasing ​Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy licenses after 17th May 2022 will receive permission set licenses instead of Managed Package Licenses. Existing customers upgrading to Spring '22 can continue to use Managed Package Licenses. However, existing customers upgrading to Spring '22 can migrate from managed package licenses to permission set licenses during contract renewal.

            EAndU Cloud Sales And Service Runtime

            Allows users to access Energy & Utilities Cloud Sales and Service application features

            Energy & Utilities Cloud for Digital Experience User

            EAndU Cloud Customer Community Runtime

            Enables access to Energy & Utilities Sales application for Digital Experience users.

            Energy & Utilities Base for Digital Experience Partner

            EAndU Cloud Partner Community Runtime

            Enables access to Energy & Utilities applications for Digital Experience Partner users.

            Energy & Utilities Cloud for Digital Experience User

            EAndU Cloud Self Service Portal Customer Community Runtime

            Allows Digital Experience users to access Energy & Utilities Cloud features of Self Service Portal application.

            The following permission set licenses are not based on the CME managed package.

            Energy & Utilities Cloud Program Work Report Permission Set Gives users access to work reports.
            Energy & Utilities Cloud Program for Contractors Contractor Work Report Gives contractors access to work reports.
            Energy & Utilities Cloud Program for Contractors Contractor Energy Utility Program Gives contractors access to EU Program Entities.
            Energy & Utilities Cloud Program for Experience Cloud User EAndU Cloud Program CC Gives Experience Cloud users access to Clean Energy, Energy Efficiency, Low Income, New Rate, or Tariff Programs.
