Overview
Multiplay Subscription Management consists of a portfolio of application components built specifically to serve B2C communications subscribers.
Along with a core component library, a reference product catalog, agent console, and customer self-service portal, Multiplay Subscription Management also supports integration with external charging systems such as Matrixx, and SIM inventory.
Multiplay Subscription Management in Action
Multiplay Subscription Management addresses the most common CRM and business support system (BSS) processes used by communications service providers for B2C subscriptions. With Multiplay Subscription Management you can use guided processes to:
