Industries Order Management supports change of plans orders, and allows complete orchestration and decomposition of them.

When an order with a new version of a product, or a change of plan comes through, Order Management applies the following actions to the resulting fulfillment request lines:

If there's no change to an attribute: the action is No change, and the subaction is Reassign.

If there's a change to an attribute: the action is Modify, and the subaction is Reassign.

The CPQ Change of Plan feature allows customers to change or migrate their services and plans after their initial purchase. Order Management supports that feature, and the following examples help give an idea of how Change of Plan works in Order Management.
