Order Decomposition Configuration
Order decomposition prepares an order for orchestration. It transforms a commercial order into a technical order and generates fulfillment requests to use during the orchestration process.
Configuring order decomposition involves defining:
A decomposition relationship, where:
Source is a commercial product, typically an offer you can add to an order
Target is a technical product
Mapping rules that describe how the source product maps to the target product. These rules are invoked during the decomposition process.
Condition rules that are evaluated at runtime to determine whether the decomposition relationship applies to the order being decomposed.
