Order Management Standard: Automatic Purging of Orchestration Data

Administrators in OM Standard can schedule jobs in Order Management to automatically purge old orchestration data from the records. You can set how often the data is purged, how old data should be before being purged, and other details.

Before you can schedule a purge job for the first time, configure its settings. Then you schedule and manage purge jobs from the Vlocity XOM Administration panel.

  Once the purge job settings are configured, you must schedule the job from the Vlocity XOM Administration panel. You can also stop the job from there, and view its status.
