Put a System Interface into Offline Status

Put a System Interface into Offline Status

When a fulfillment system is down, you can set the status for that system interface to Offline. Doing so moves all callouts that call that system to the On Hold status.

When the system is back online, change the status back to Online.

          Note
          Note

For Offline and Online status to work, your org must be running in PlatformEvents mode. See OM Standard: Platform Events for Orchestration

          1. Open the system interface record that contains the interface that's down. See View or Edit a System Interface
          2. From the Status option, choose Offline.

          3. Save the system interface.

            Note

Online and None are identical to each other. They both take the system interface back online. Only the Offline option takes the system interface offline.

All callouts using that system interface are moved to the On Hold status until you change the status back to Online (or None).
