Remove a Group in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

Remove a Group in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

Sometimes, you no longer need a particular grouping. In this case, you want to remove a group and have the group members remain ungrouped in your view of custom groups. Or you moved group members from one group to another, resulting in an empty group. In either case, you can remove the group.

Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

          Note
          Note

You can't remove a default group. You can remove only custom groups.

Perform similar steps to remove groups of locations.

          1. On the enterprise quote page or enterprise order page, go to the Subscriber tab.
          2. In Group by, select the group that you want to remove.
          3. If the group has one or more members, select the group and click Remove Group.

The group is deleted and the Custom Group view is loaded. You can verify that the group members from the deleted group have been moved to the No Group list.

          4. If the group has no members, a message is displayed with a link. Click the link to remove the group.

The group is deleted and the Custom Group view is loaded.

          • The selected custom group is deleted and the group members, if any, are moved to the No Group list.
