To set up the guided selling flow for a new customer, you must configure the Vlocity Action for the Interaction Launcher.

Managed Package Icon This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

Go to Vlocity Action.
Find and click the New Customer action.
Edit the target URL by entering your Salesforce org URL upto “lightning” followed by “/n/Add_New_Customer”. For example:

```
Click Save.
