Synchronize with OM Plus and check the status

The Vlocity XOM Administration panel contains controls that allow you to administrate OM Plus.

The exact layout and items on the XOM Administration panel depend on your org configuration, release version, and so on. The image used on this page is an example only.

To verify that OM Plus is properly connected to Salesforce, follow these steps:

1. In Lightning Experience, click the App Launcher:
2. Begin to type XOM Administration until Vlocity XOM Administration appears in the list.
3. Click Vlocity XOM Administration. The Vlocity XOM Administration panel opens.
   
4. Click the Start button on the line named SYNCHRONIZE CATALOG WITH OM PLUS.
   
5. The result of a proper sync looks similar to the image that follows.
